4C Associates

Brand Comms

4C Associates is a consultancy focused on procurement and supply chain strategy, working with organisations to improve operational performance and decision-making.

The project centred on improving how their services were presented across a range of communications. They had recently launched a new website and brand identity, but the lack of a defined marketing strategy meant that while the content was detailed and credible, they were struggling to find a distinctive way to visually communicate it and stand out against global competitors.

I worked on restructuring and designing how this information was presented, elevating parts of the existing brand guidelines to create a bold and flexible visual approach using the cropped logo. I then refined this into a design system that worked seamlessly across all communications, keeping the content legible and easy to absorb.

The result is a more structured and accessible presentation of 4C’s offering, making their expertise easier to understand without losing complexity or detail.
